  • Vista Oil & Gas S.A.B. de C.V. completed the acquisition of an oil operating platform controlled by Pampa Energía S.A. and Pluspetrol Resources Corporation with interests in certain exploitation concessions, fields under evaluation and exploration permits in the Neuquén basin and with relevant access to Vaca Muerta’s unconventional hydrocarbon fields -in excess of 137,000 acres in the Vaca Muerta unconventional play, including 54,000 acres in the shale oil window-.
