Bruchou regularly represents the most important domestic and international financial institutions in connection with their lending activities in Argentina. Our Firm has had a hand in structuring and implementing many of the most relevant and complex syndicated loans, cross-border transactions, credit facilities and credit-enhanced financings.

By representing such financial institutions, as well as borrowers, in the full scope of their financial activities in Argentina, our Firm enjoys an unparalleled knowledge of financing and banking issues.
